Calling All Children & Families: Messy Church – Light Fantastic
Saturday 29th October, 4pm in St. Margaret’s
Messy Church: Saints & Angels Party
Monday 31st October, 5pm in St. Andrew’s Hall
Children are invited to come dressed as either a Saint or an Angel and there will be a prize for the best costume. Children must be accompanied by a
parent (who may also come as a Saint or Angel). There will be food and lots of fun and a small charge of £2 per person to cover costs.
Christmas Cards from Cards for Good Causes go on Sale in the Coffee Shop
From Wednesday, 2nd November: 10am to 2pm, Monday through to Saturday until Thursday, 15th December
A wide range of Christmas cards and gifts available. Profits go to a variety of charities.
We have a dream of people from workplaces across Uxbridge coming together to form of vibrant loving community where people can:
- Pray for the wind of God’s spirit to blow through their workplaces
- Find love and support and encouragement as they seek to be the hands and heart of Jesus in those workplaces
- Enjoy being together and be real with one another
- See and experience the love of God The potential impact of such a community could be amazing.
Meeting together twice a month on the first and third Thursday. Next meeting:

Trade Craft Sale at St Margaret’s Church
Sunday, 6th November after the 9am and 10:45am services
“Fighting Poverty through Trade” – a sale of a wide range of fair trade Christmas products and ethical gifts from around the world. Profits to go to Trade Craft for their work to transform the lives of poor producers in the developing world, by enabling them to use their skills and resources to trade their way out of poverty.

Issues of sexuality have been complex in the Christian Church over recent years.This evening is an opportunity to listen to one another respectfully as we have our different understanding on these issues. All members of St. Margaret’s are welcome.
Ladies Full English Breakfast at St. Andrew’s Church Hall
Saturday 12th November: 9am – 11.00am.
Speaker Rev.d Felicity Davies, Rector of St Giles, Ickenham
Felicity will be speaking to us on “Remembering – what God has done”, giving testimony and encouragement to go forward with God.
There will be an opportunity for prayer with members of the prayer ministry team. Tickets now available. Price: £6.00
Ladies Christmas Shopping Evening
Saturday 12th November, 7pm to 10pm at St. Andrews Church Hall.
Come along and kick start your Christmas shopping in style. £5 entry – includes bubbly, nibbles and entry in to the raffle.

The PCC have made it a requirement that all volunteers, staff and clergy working with children, young people and vulnerable adults attend one 1 hour training session each academic year.Please book any of these dates in your diary if it applies to you:
