Come and join us for worship and prayer with Christians from across Uxbridge and beyond. Come and go when you like.

 

Messy Church

Saturday 28th February, 4-6pm

As we explore “Messy Creation” an opportunity for children and families to enjoy fun activities, crafts, celebration and food. Why not invite a family near you?

 

Church Mission Society Mission Focus Week

week commencing Sunday 1st March

Find out more about CMS (one of our core Mission links) and their vision of “Sharing Jesus. Changing Lives”. Catch up with the Yanez family working with immigrants in Malagar and hear of some exciting work developing Youth Ministry in the Congo. There will be the opportunity to pray and to give financially as part of our worship. If you would like to find out more, why not drop in for tea (and cake!), 5.30pm Sunday 1st March at St. M’s with our speaker Philip Bingham

 

Gill Hodgson’s Funeral

Following Gill’s sudden death last Sunday, her funeral arrangements are as follows: Thursday 5th March 1.00pm Cremation Service (Breakspear) 2.45pm Thanksgiving Service (St. Margaret’s) Gill’s family have indicated that everyone is welcome at either or both services. There will be refreshments in St. Margaret’s following the Service of Thanksgiving.

 

Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of reorganisation of Local Government in London

Westminster Abbey on Sunday 8th March at 3pm

The Mayor of Hillingdon has invited 2-3 members of St. Margaret’s to a service (Evensong) celebrating the 50th Anniversary of reorganisation of Local Government in London at Westminster Abbey on Sunday 8th March at 3pm.

If you would be interested in going please notify the Parish Office.

We will be having ‘Coffee & Cakes’ after the service. Please stay on and join us.

Commissioning “Ambassadors for Christ”

Week commencing Sunday 22nd March.

We would like to pray for and commission as many of us as possible at St. Margaret’s as “Ambassadors for Christ” in the Diocese of London on Sunday 22nd March and during the week following…Please come to one of the services that week if you possibly can.

 

Kids Own Easter Journey

Wednesday 1st April, 11am to 1pm at St. Andrews’s

An exciting opportunity for children to journey with Jesus through Holy Week and Easter—with all sorts of fun and engaging activities including passport control (!) games, crafts, quizzes, creative worship and refreshments. Could you help in any way with enabling this to happen. If so, please talk to June.
