We have a dream of people from workplaces across Uxbridge coming together to form of vibrant loving community where people can:

  •  Pray for the wind of God’s spirit to blow through their workplaces
  • Find love and support and encouragement as they seek to be the hands and heart of Jesus in those workplaces
  • Enjoy being together and be real with one another
  • See and experience the love of God The potential impact of such a community could be amazing.

We plan to start small meeting together once a month on the second

Thursday (12th May, 9th June, 14th July at 1 PM).

The Archbishops have encouraged every Parish in England to devote a week to prayer from 8th-15th May and we are joining in with our prayer week. Please join us in prayer

“Thy Kingdom Come” Prayers each day at

9am (St. A’s) and 12 noon (St. M’s)

Wed 11 May 7.30pm “The Examen” in St. A’s

Thurs 12 May 7.30pm  “Thy Kingdom Come” in St. Mgt’s Prayer Stations all week in St. Mgt’s A call to Fast, worship & Pray at St. Mgt’s


7pm on Sunday 15th May

Our Parish Confirmation service will take place at 7pm on Sunday 15th May (Pentecost Sunday). Confirmation is an opportunity for adults and young people (Yr 10 & above) to confirm vows made at their baptism and to publicly declare their allegiance to Jesus Christ and belonging to the Church of England. Preparation groups for Confirmation will start in St. A’s/St. M’s in March. Please speak to a member of clergy if you are interested or would like to know more.

Safeguarding Dates

The PCC has made a decision that all our staff and volunteers who work with children, young people and vulnerable adults should attend one safeguarding  refresher event each academic year. We have planned 3 events for this year as follows:

Sat 19th March—10am in St. Andrew’s

Thurs 30th June—7.30pm in St. Andrew’s

Please book one of these dates in your diary if you are such a volunteer and make sure you attend.

As part of celebrating the Queen’s 90th birthday, we will be partnering with NURA (North Uxbridge Resident’s Association) to enjoy a ‘party in the park’ – a community picnic on

Saturday afternoon, 11th June on Uxbridge Common.

Fun and games for all ages to enjoy. Could you help make this happen? Being part of a team supervising a bouncy castle? Helping with parachute games? or etc. More details from Andrew, June or Paul Johnson.
We are also planning a special community service of thanksgiving on the morning of

Sunday 12th June.
