Matt 25:40 ‘whatever you did for the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me…’

Would you like to be involved in a joint churches ‘drop in centre’ under the name Guiding Lights? We continue to offer help and support in all sorts of ways to those in Uxbridge through the Oasis Coffee shop and the Soup Kitchen, but the growing needs have led us to explore the possibility of a joint churches drop-in. We have a venue agreed at Watts Hall, Christ Church, on Wednesday mornings and hope to expand to other venues on different days as the ministry grows. But we need volunteers to help staff the drop in. Role descriptions and application forms are available. Please contact June or Sue Clark for further details.

Help to produce the Church Bulletins

 23rd November

We are looking for help with the Bulletins for St. M’s and St. A’s w/c 26th October; 16th November and 23rd November due to Annual Leave. It would mean slight alterations to documents and printing the documents. If you can help please contact Jane, Andrew or June as soon as possible please.

Safeguarding Dates

The PCC has made a decision that all our staff and volunteers who work with children, young people and vulnerable adults should attend one safeguarding  refresher event each academic year. We have planned 3 events for this year as follows:

Sat 19th March—10am in St. Andrew’s

Thurs 30th June—7.30pm in St. Andrew’s

Please book one of these dates in your diary if you are such a volunteer and make sure you attend.
