Holy Week and Easter

Jesus said “Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be.

As Jesus’ disciples please “stay with Jesus” during Holy Week, and “walk with him” through this last week of his life.

Kids Own Easter Journey

Wednesday 1st April, 11am to 1pm at St. Andrews’s

An exciting opportunity for children to journey with Jesus through Holy Week and Easter—with all sorts of fun and engaging activities including passport control (!) games, crafts, quizzes, creative worship and refreshments. Could you help in any way with enabling this to happen. If so, please talk to June.


‘NURA Hustings prior to General Election

7.30 p.m. on Friday 10 April in St. Margaret’s Church

Hillingdon Inter Faith Network have taken over the running of the Hustings. Please email any Questions to the Candidates to admin@hifn.co.uk headed ’Uxbridge Hustings’ and giving your name. All other details for the event remain the same. If you are planning to come I suggest you arrive early. Paul Johnson


Quiz night

Saturday 11th April, 7pm

A quiz night is being held in aid of the work of David Dowdy through the JOY Goat Development Programme, Uganda. Tickets (available on the door) are £8 and include a Ploughman’s supper.

Sunday 19th April, 3pm in St. Margaret’s

Celebrating 50 years of the London Borough of Hillingdon. Why not join us for this very special service.

Walk for CMS – 9th May

Would you be interested in joining a group from the parish in walking to raise money for CMS?

Sunday 21st June at 7pm in St. Margaret’s

The Parish Confirmation Service is on Sunday 21st June at 7pm in St. Margaret’s. Any adults thinking about being confirmed please speak to Andrew or June, or put your name on the sign up sheet in the foyer. In Confirmation, we confirm the vows made at our Baptism (often made by our parents and Godparents) and declare our desire to follow Jesus.
